RETURN POLICY
Important: All returns and exchanges cell phone accesories must be received within 15 days starting from the day the customer received merchandise. No exceptions! PopBlue will only reimburse customers with credit cards.

Refunds
If the customer has any dissatisfaction with our products they have the option to receive a refund (15% of the principle amount will charged as a restocking fee). Procedure: Ship merchandise back to PopBlue along with a copy of the invoice and a statement indicating the customer's request for a refund. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, PopBlue will reimburse the customer's credit card at the adjusted amount. Credit back for price difference on reduced items must be requested within 15-days of purchase.

Exchanges
PopBlue will exchange merchandise upon the customer's request. Procedure: Ship merchandise back to PopBlue along with a copy of the invoice and the item number(s) in which the customer would like an exchange. Upon arrival, PopBlue will immediately ship out the new item. If the value of the new item is above or below the value of the original item, adjustments will be made accordingly to the customer's credit card.

Defective Products
PopBlue will exchange or give a 100% refund for all defective merchandise. Procedure: Ship merchandise back to PopBlue along with a copy of the invoice and a brief statement indicating the defective nature of the merchandise. Upon arrival, PopBlue will verify the defect. If defective, PopBlue will either exchange the item or reimburse the customer's credit card.

UPS
Orders placed after 12PM PST will be shipped out the following business day. UPS shipments may take anywhere from 3-6 days to reach it's destination after your package leaves our warehouse. For faster delivery times choose a UPS express (1-3 days) service, available at an additional cost. Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the package and it's destination. Shipments can be tracked under "My Account" once a tracking number has been assigned to a shipment. Tracking information is usually available 24 hours after a package has been shipped. Orders are only shipped on business days which exclude Sat, Sun, and Holidays. Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours for UPS packages. The shipment cut-off time is 12pm PST. Please note all Canadian shipments are subject to brokerage fees and taxes.

USPS First Class Mail
USPS First Class Mail may take anywhere from 3-9 days to reach it's destination after your package leaves our warehouse. Delivery times vary on the shipments destination. Our warehouse is located in Southern California. Packages are shipped 3 times a week: Mon, Wed, and Fri. The daily cut off time is 12pm PST on each shipping day. Orders received after 12pm will ship out following shipping day. Tracking services are not available on this shipping option. However, an estimate time of delivery is provided. Estimate time of delivery is calculated from the time you placed your order and your shipment destination. An ETD is only an estimation and may vary 1-2 days. Check delivery conformation with USPS by clicking on your delivery confirmation number located under "My Account".

We also monitor customer traffic and site usage to help us develop the design and layout of our store.We do not send any news or announcements via email or snail mail without your specific request. However, you will receive email(s) regarding your order status.Your orders are processed through the use of a secure server. The fully secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.
